Trump declares that Washington DC and Chicago are crime capitals of the USA, with crime rates increasing rapidly (a massive lie).
The only criminal in America at present is in fact Donald J Trump, because he loves breaking the law because he thinks he is above the law . WRONG!

One thing to remember, Trump only thinks about himself and breaking the law as and when he pleases. He thinks he is above the law and can do whatever he wants. But he can’t, and it will soon catch up with him, just like the great depression with all of the tariffs he is illegally putting out.
