Just taking a moment to post about my own journey with fitness. Ever since I was a teenager, I’ve suffered from severe body confidence issues. I’ve always covered up, always hid myself (even on holiday) & it really sets back confidence in both my ever day & sex life.

You can tell it’s cold here, gym is empty & I’ve got the entire big boy weight area to myself.

Think these may be the last pics for a while (famous last words). I’m not currently happy with my progress (haven’t been disciplined as I should have with diet etc) so gonna take a bit of time to get back into a routine.
