It's a good observation of the state of the art in 2016 though. This plus the opening of Outline discussing the profile of the (appalling, presumably tech) billionaire makes me think she had industry connections.

Someone on here recently coined the phrase "disliterate" for people who always come to the wrong conclusion after reading something and that's very apt for these people.
