I guess my main thought is that I wouldn't want to be forced to run ads, take sponsorship or make editorial changes that I wasn't comfortable with. But I really have no idea if the podcasting network world is that kind of corporate cutthroat. :p

Or start a network? You could form a collective so you get to choose your ideals and pool resources with other similar podcasts/ers. Won't pay as much as quickly, but may be nicer in the long run.

Yeah, they're basically just a floating buffet. Certainly not a very good way to visit places given how brief the stops are. Thank you!

It's a cruise, something I certainly never expected to do! As I understand, there's a daily bar tab allowance that guarantees about four pints a day. :x
