I'm currently experiencing, and it's a really awful thing to have. I got most things resolved for now, but I'm nowhere near done with my calling and sending documents. And that just stresses and exhausts me even more just by the thought of it.
I did the hardest and toughest part, but yeah...

I end up stressing even more, having a terrible sleep quality, terrible health routine and so on. The moment my stress goes higher, i am unable to do literally anything and I'm in need of people to help me dealing with them. I haven't done anything this week because of the mental fatigue and stress

Some people just don't seem to understand how chronic anxiety, stress, autism and any other cognitive disabilities can cause a real sense of desperation.
At time i can manage things because I've already dealt with them. Some other I'm confused, don't know what to do or what to think about.
