Thanksgiving always feels lonely without my dad. Our last Thanksgiving in California we started the community tree on our walks and random people started adding ornaments, lots of which commemorated beloved doggies. I miss walking and talking with him.

Hihihi. Kid had positive Covid test (second test was negative, was maybe false positive) so came home from Thanksgiving dinner with to go box. Karls is secretly glad Kid is home.

ended up w Granny Smith & 4 sweet Dragon 🍏 🍎 found my turnips again I’m going roasted turnips & Brussels sprouts that have a little balsamic glaze I like the frozen squash company that makes the squash used to make frozen mashed turnips that were excellent but can’t find those now so roasted it is
Nice to get fresh apples. Makes everything more delicious.

Franklin collapsed and is back in the hospital. She rallied well after incident but they still aren’t sure what is causing it. They are admitting her for monitoring and to start steroids. It is possible this is IMHA which is treatable. If you’d like to help gofund.me/4dc9dd872
