I have a friend who recently found a lump in her breast. She had to wait three weeks for a mammogram & ultrasound and must now wait six weeks for a biopsy to confirm she has cancer. She has employer based insurance.
Too bad she doesn’t have Congress’s insurance, she’d have had the biopsy already.

Good on Rep. Dina Titus! She has always been a good representative of Nevada and was a hell if a professor at UNLV. Took a summer Political Science class…to say she know la her stuff in an understatement .

The moment when 30 million American's received healthcare (2010) The moment when insurance companies had to start covering preexisting conditions, young adults could stay on their family's policy and I could trust that the small print couldn't screw me if I needed serious medical assistance. 🇺🇸
