your periodic reminder that the safest way to cook is by temperature. The internal temperature of cooked chicken is 74^C but note that temp will rise during the resting period (that's what it's for) so if you stop cooking at 70-71 and rest for five minutes, you won't get the shits.

Mostly ok with AC Valhalla geographical liberties until it gets local. Putting Stonehenge north of Avebury is the kind of idiot mistake I'd expect from colonials but claiming both are Hampshire just just makes me want to find the lead designer and carve WILTUNSCIRE into his chest with an axe.
