For all the criticism Moyes got for dithering on throwing some of the kids in (Barkley especially), it’s been a huge downhill trend since. We used to have the best academy in the business, something has gone massively wrong along the way
In the PSR age, developing young talent is more important than ever. But Everton's share of homegrown players getting mins has fallen in recent seasons & is along the PL's lowest

Spent a few years living in London and it shocked me how bad the homeless situation was down there. It’s starting to get just as bad here now. We have such a backwards mindset to it, and it feels like something that could be fixed incredibly easily if the powers that be really wanted to
