Think about this - once you remove the qualifier "intent" it becomes irrelevant if it's a medical textbook showing genitalia or if it's adult content. Call your legislators and make sure they know to vote "no"

The Constitution gives judges no power to compel compliance with their rulings — the executive branch ultimately enforces judicial orders. If a president ignores a judicial ruling, the courts are likely impotent.
