Yeah the stair climber is my torture machine of choice too. Easiest to support my bodyweight and oddly more comfy to me than the others. I think leg training can be cardio too if you're pushing with a lot of intensity for even just a few reps, but I want to really train the heart primarily.

What do you do for your gym workouts? I'm obviously a nerd with the weights but I'm very slowly trying to get into HIIT cardio
