To add on to this I'd rather have Bluey rather than half-hour toy commercials that dominated the scene in the 80s, even as someone who's a fan of half-hour toy commercials.
Seeing some discourse about how bad kids TV is now and I just want to say: that is some boomer-brained bullshit. Kids TV today is probably better than it's ever been, certainly better than it's been in my lifetime.

Just a heads up with all the Christmas markets and fairs on at the moment - if you see art or art-based pieces for sale, ask who the artist is, because the amount of people deceptively slapping "made locally" on pieces locally farted out by their computer and a genAI prompt is getting depressing

The thing about "strong floor no ceiling" is it's not a thing a regular person would ever say. The Repubs have a slogan that's punchy, vague enough to cover literally everything, and has a usable abbreviation. Can we at least aim for two of those three?

This is a huge part of why so many people think we're in the middle of a widespread "anti-woke backlash": Small movements opposed to social progress are collected into trend stories by conservative media. Far larger movements that want more diversity are ignored or cast as threats.
"Woke is ruining D&D". Meanwhile Dimension 20, one of the wokest real play shows around, just sold out Madison Square Garden and the Hollywood Bowl for live shows and brings armies of new players to RPGs.
