I channeled the following affirmation: “My strength is derived from ancestral wisdom.” There are some layers to this message so I encourage you to hold it up to the light as you repeat it throughout the day. The intuited instructions here are to repeat this sentence to yourself silently 50 times. Then, speak it aloud slowly through 20 repetitions. the 70 total recitations should be separated into at least two batches (i.e., not all at once!). I’ve channeled our second journal prompt for the challenge. Remember to get a writing utensil or tech of choice and settle into a comfortable seat before you begin! Let’s take 5 breaths using the the box breath pattern. Count to 5 on your inhale, hold your breath for 5 seconds, exhale for 5 counts, and hold for another 5. Repeat this cycle 5 times. Write a list of at least 15 things (people, experiences, material) that bring you genuine joy. 2025 reading the November books added our heal the witch wound by Celeste Larson mythos by Stephen Fry, the 7 1/2 deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle by Stuart Turton, and Orlando by Virginia Woolf Bullet journal Brown wood shelving with blank templated books. Previous books were populated. You can look back on my other posts because I post each month outlining what the books were maybe at end of year all post the full list TBD.
