I was just catching up on my jail mail & belatedly read this note from a guy (who's been writing me for years) wishing me a happy Thanksgiving & asking for my snail mail address to send some documents.
When I went to respond, I discovered he was found dead in his bunk 2 days after sending this 💔

Amnesty International released findings from its investigation into the Everglades Concentration Camp (Alligator Alcatraz), which was built by the Florida Division of Emergency Management.
They found evidence of torture, among other human rights violations.

My constituent, Wilmer, was mauled by an ICE attack dog despite the fact that, as he has consistently explained, he was not resisting arrest or trying to flee—his wife and young children, all U.S. citizens, were forced to watch helplessly as Wilmer was violently attacked and dragged away.
