One of the many projects I’m working on this month Is completing my 2025 resolution: finish the second sock. I’m happy to have cast on and worked the toe today (on the second try 😅).

I spent most of the weekend making this pair of pants for my partner to wear to an event this weekend, finishing the buttonholes and buttons tonight. This is only the second pair of pants I’ve ever made (and didn’t really have a pattern for this one), so I’m pretty proud!

But…

My copy of Mappa Mundi from @threesailsstudios.bsky.social arrived yesterday while I was in another game, and I wanted to take my time opening it. As others have said, the production quality is excellent. I can’t wait to explore Evasu in greater depth!

I didn’t want @dieharddice.bsky.social to be left out of my holiday dice goodness, so of course I ordered some extra click-clack math rocks from them! Included in my order was this little treat.

Returning home after an intense trip sometimes leaves me feeling a bit like this sue ware (stoneware) piece from the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco called “Bottle in the shape of a leather bag”.

San Francisco day 1. Photos can’t describe the wonderful day exploring Chinatown and a FLGS with friends.

My partner couldn’t decide which colour of yarn bowl from @measuredandslow.bsky.social to get for my birthday last month, so he bought 2. 😂

Luckily I have more than enough yarn in my horde to keep these dragons happy.
