This spring, MN Republicans sought to exempt athletics entirely from the Minnesota Human Rights Act - trying to end run around legally required trans inclusive policies.

Around the same time, IA Republicans removed gender identity from civil right protections *entirely*.

That's no coincidence.

tbh you probably COULD religiously persecute me. it’d take me long as hell to say anything. not bc i’m ok with being persecuted. but bc last time i thought i was being persecuted it turned out the bus driver just didnt see me running. i am often wrong. i guess not everyone thinks they’re often wrong

We can, legally, call her a killer.

She fucking killed a kid.

This needs to take down Cyndy but also everyone is senior leadership who was aware of this issue and not only defended Cyndy but attacked and harassed many other people out of the party on her behalf.

How on earth can this party maintain any semblance of credibility

It's weird. Her blood drug screening report came back negative for opiates. Who fucking knows what happened here really. It's just an outlandish thing to say she deserves "due process" when her own official story is that she drove under the influence, thought she hit something, and drove away.

It's all in Taylor's blog post. Cyndy's defense against accusations of drunk driving were that she said she was not drunk, but that she had taken hydrocodone.

She is acting like this young man's death is an inconvenience for her!

She fucking killed someone with her vehicle. She says she was on hydros while behind the wheel and that caused her to hit someone! Like that is her story! How is that, in and of itself, not disqualifying? What due process???
