Hana Awase is wild, but I really enjoyed it! They really gave the LIs some interesting complexities and character depth and the plot is kinda insane! I can’t wait to get your thoughts on it

For horror manga anime adaptations it’s usually hit or miss (especially after the Junji Ito) but with tshd while I loved the manga, the anime not only remained true to source material but the anime only scenes brought something new to the table, there’s more I want to say but word count😭

Going to end my thoughts with recs tht are somewhat similar at least in vibes to tshd:
-I Want to Hold Aono Kun So Badly I Could Die (not bl, but small town/village horror)
-Hwacha (bl manhwa, short, deals more with cults)
-6 to 7 (bl manga, not small town)
-Common Sense Monster (gl manga)
