The Supreme Court currently has 3 Justices and 6 Trump Tools who will decide in his favor on any issue in which he is invested, regardless of what the law and Constitution say. Any analysis of SCOTUS decisions that fails to take this reality into account is fantasy -- call it "jurisprudence porn."
