Thanks a lot! Sometimes, I feel like my daily reminders are spammy, but hearing some positive feedback they are helpful is very validating. I might not have super pertinent thoughts-of-day everyday but I try to make it at least fun, personal or interesting.

Maybe you did need it. 🫶 Recognizing we do that to ourselves is an important step to adopt a kinder approach. It's no easy task.
