I've spoken about this stigma a bit where soldiers don't want to report issues and wish to remain anonymous. Soldiers third day of their new duty station and the assigned room doors do not lock and the soldier was told they needed to verbally agree that if anything was stolen they were at fault.

Quick update: The app continues to make an impact! An appropriate leader has seen this post and is actively addressing the concern. Platforms like this are helping to bridge the gap between service members and leadership, fostering transparency and driving positive change.
Fort Carson is not the sole entity grappling with food insecurity, as I mentioned in my recent interview. A recent instance occurred at Cantigny @FortRiley. Soldiers are required to pay over $400 per month for food that is not guaranteed.
