The sad thing is that lots of people will believe this statement because of their existing bias, and because they have been sucked into years of consistent lies. When the media and social media giants stopped deleting lies, they guaranteed the world would descend into a chaos of splintered reality

Disappointed in this article. Prince Harry has long standing, proven threat risks which are not disputed. Why write an article trying to make out that he doesn't?

Well, Florence Nightingale did her studies on this too once upon a time, and fresh air in the post Spanish Flu era was designed into all public spaces. But then we got too big for our britches....

Well, it's hardly a rates cap when the main business and largest costs of councils are excluded - clean water reticulation, sewage treatment, storm water, road building and maintenance, rail and bridge expenses are all excluded from the cap? Sounds like it's political window dressing

It's time Labour focused again on achieving the best possible living standards for all New Zealanders; rather than chasing collision pressure groups. Especially cooker ones

Hard agree. Lando was spot on with this comment

Exactly. We need to get back to labour representing workers, working to close income gaps, not just pleasing a select few in the top half

Typical high level consultant dribble. "Hidden in the fine print, the report notes that its assumptions need to be validated and shouldn't be relied upon for decision-making." All it did was benchmark the WCC staffing against other councils - as if that's comparing apples with apples 🫣
