Just launched something new for all vibecoders

vibecode.care

It's a knowledge base with key concepts explained through easy analogies, all in one place.

It's free and especially useful if you're just getting started.

Makers, we’re unstoppable, keep it in mind

I left my country, divorced, I lost my mom and recently I was told I'm being laid off cause of lack of projects for me.
Even though I’ve been trying to work on my project and move it into production.

Sometimes we need to learn from young #indiehackers who #buildinpublic.
Many of them don’t have an imposter syndrome unlike us.

They just do all they can and often don’t think about architecture and best practices.
Love to read progress of newcomers.

Occasionally while building own #SaaS in solo one have to make several steps aside. It frustrates.
I want you to know: solo !== alone.
Come here in #buildinpublic and just drop a word about it. You’re sure will be encouraged by someone.

Sometimes easy at first look issue might be only the tip of the iceberg.
Going deeper into the issue you’re getting to realize that to fix it one have to step aside, and it’s not a step, it’s a huge number of steps.

#OpenAI DevDay event almost started. I wonder what new opportunities it will bring to #buildinpublic community.

Recently there was a leak about new things.. but let’s see)

While working faced an issue with docker and want to share it with #buildinpublic community and save your time.

Command docker ps shows: request returned Internal Server Error for API route and version...

After some research I've find out that one need to install rosetta that solves the problem.

Sometimes you’re out of motivation and don’t want to write smth with #buildinpublic.
If it’s a weekend I could suggest you to get motivation out of films :)

Here are some good for you:
- The billion dollar code
- Silicon Valley
- The Social network
- Halt and catch fire

Friday night: working on a service(separated service in NodeJS) that will check ssl certificate expiration and will gather site metrics for main service(in Golang).

If I’m working on monitoring service such feature must exist.
Just because every competitor has it hahahhaha 😅

Hey, #buildinpublic, do you have any plans to delegate development to someone in future?
Or maybe you’re already?

The main codebase in my project is written in #Golang. And I was hesitating to implement some needed microservices in other languages.

Thoughts on returning to work after a break/vacation.
After taking a break from working on your pet project for a while, it can be challenging to resume development and #buildinpublic
I think we can separate 3 states:
