This movie was set in NYC but filmed in Toronto in such a way that it was obviously Toronto.

Body World by Dash Shaw I am sure this is very good but I got exhausted thinking about reading it. In my experience that normally means that when I do eventually read a book that I end up thinking that it was great but I never got into the right mood to try it. Criminal: Bad Weekend by Ed Brubaker and Sean Phillips I have two of these because I bought it when it came out and then a mo th later I was at the Beguiling and they had copies with a signed bookplate and you know I cannot resist book plates, which for those not in the know, are just small pieces of paper, often with a picture on it. Tim Ginger by Julian Hanshaw Bought this at TCAF one year and just never got around to reading it. Incognito: Bad Influences by Ed Brubaker and Sean Phillips I have the deluxe edition with both miniseries in it. Fables 100 by Bill Willingham and many awesome artists I guess I am just giving away all of my Fables comics.

Kill Your Boyfriend/Vimanarama Deluxe by Grant Morrison and Philip Bond Vimanarama is one of my favourite all-time comics but I did not like Kill Your Boyfriend because I think that you should be nice to your significant others, not kill them. 100 Bullets Book One by Brian Azzarello and Eduardo Risso This includes the first 20 issues of one of my 10 favourite books of all time. The Bloor BMV had stacks of these for $10 a pop many years ago and I forgot that I had one due to drugs. Murder Falcon by Daniel Warren Johnson I got the hardcover at the Bloor BMV for very little money so I no longer require the softcover.

Umbrella Academy3: Hotel Oblivion by Gerard Way and Gabriel Bá Sometimes being very baked while buying comics ends with me forgetting that I already have a comic, resulting in me having two of the same comic. This here is a prime example of this phenomenon.

DMZ: Collective Punishment by Brian Wood and some great artists I don't need this type of negativity in my house. Badlands by Steven Grant and Vince Giarrano I am sure that I have read this but don't remember any details. The Authority: Under New Management by Warren Ellis Brian Hitch, Mark Millar and Frank Quitely Art is great throughout but this would sit on my disgraced creators shelf. Loved this book when I was younger but I am not young anymore and I have a code now. I will not be elaborating on the code. Think of it as a black box. Global Frequency: Detonation Radio by Warren Ellis and some amazing artists. Really is a shame about Warren Ellis.

The Banks by Roxanne Gay, Ming Doyle and Jordie Bellaire I like all of the creators but did not really like this. You might, though. Blues Man by Rob Vollmer and Pablo G. Vallejo Bought this at the Elm BMV. Have had it for over 20 years. It survived a move. Never read it. I hope that it is good. The Invisibles: Counting Down to None by Grant Morrison, Phil Jiminez and John Stokes I tried so hard to get into The Invisibles but could not. That typed, if I ever get a tattoo it will depict some word balloons from the last issue. X-O Manowar: Rebirth by a bunch of people plus Joe Quesada Bought this for a song solely for its inclusion of X-O Manowar #0, which was drawn by Joe Quesada and is awesome.

The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen: Black Dossier by Alan Moore and Kevin O'Neill I have the omnibus, so shelving this would keep another good book off my shelf. Green Lantern: Secret Origin by Geoff Johns and Ivan Reis Never read it, though the art looks nice. Channel Zero by Brian Wood Never read it. Possibly cursed.

Preacher: Until the End of the World by Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon Probably the best Preacher book. I got the Absolute version. Luna Park by Kevin Baker and Danijel Zezelj Bought this when it came out and only thought it was ok. Northlanders: Thor's Daughter by Brian Wood, Marianne Chirchland, Simon Gane and Matthew Woodson I really liked this series but it either goes here or my disgraced creators shelf and that shelf is getting full. Stray Bullets 1 by David Lapham I have the oversized version. And the omnibus.

The Original Johnson Vol 1 by Trevor Von Eeden Bought this when I found out that in an alternate universe, Von Eeden would have been the artist for Batman:Year One. I was not enjoying the story so stopped reading it. The Other Side by Jason Aaron Cameron Stewart and Dave McCaig This is a really great book but due to Cameron Stewart's involvement (great art, but the stories) it was either going onto my shelf of disgraced creators or in this thread. I obviously chose the latter. Tintin: Land of Black Gold by Herge I don't remember reading this and do not plan to in the future

Hasib & the Queen of Serpents by David B I bought this from David B when he painted a really nice picture in my copy of Epileptic. It was the only book on his table that I did not have and wanted to buy something as he was not charging for his sketches. Could not get into it. I Am Legion by Fabien Nury and John Cassaday I got the oversized version. Metax by Antoine Casse I remember liking this, just not as much as the other books on my shelves. Zanta The Living Legend by Jason Kieffer Bought this at Heroes Comics in London based on a recommendation feom the aforementioned Brom Never read it. Zanta is a real guy that used to be ever present in downtown Toronto until he was expelled from the city, which was not a thing that I knew could happen. I still did not read this.

Super Spy by Matt Kindt One of my all-time favourite books. I have read this so many times and will read it again. This was a spare copy that I bought to give away because I like for people to have good things. Hellboy: Into the Silent Sea by Mike Mignola and Gary Gianni This is included in one of the Hellboy Library editions that are on my shelf. Nat Turner by Kyle Baker I have 2 copies. Bernet, this is an art book focused on Jordi Bernet I like Bernet's art but every time I have tried to read a Torpedo comic, Torpedo sexually assaults someone and I that I cannot countenance, if that is how you use the word.

Coda by Simon Spurrier and Matías Bergara Bought this at a very low price but could not get into it. Very nice art. House of Penance by Peter Tomasi and Ian Bertram. This is a pretty good horror comic that I likely won't read again and also it is very large and I cannot spare the space. Battling Boy by Paul Pope I am not sure why I am giving this away. It is very good. The Death Ray by Daniel Clowes Found this for $10 at the BMV on Bloor and was so excited by the deal that I forgot that I already had it. Cairo by G. Willow Wilson and M.K. Parker I read this when it came out a long long time ago and remember liking it buuuut I am trying to make space.

To Afghanistan and Back by Ted Rall. Bought this at the Elm BMV over 20 years ago and never read it. If that was not enough to get rid of it, it also has an introduction by Bill Maher. The Biologic Show by Al Columbia. Tried and just couldn't read this one. Bought it because I have read crazy things about Al Columbia (mostly related to Big Numbers, which I also have not read) but what I did read did not live up to my self-inflated hype. Heretic by Robbie Morrison and Charlie Adlard. This was pretty good but I don't think I will ever read it again. Accidental Czar by Andrew S. Weiss and Box Brown This was alright and I am a Box Brown fan but what I am really a fan of is when Box Brown writes and draws a book, and he only draws here. Thems the breaks. Noted comics enthusiast Madelaine K. Albright really liked this book.

This is The Highest Host by Mike Carey and Peter Gross, reuniting after their Lucifer run. It is a pretty good fantasy book but: Limited shelf space. Esther's Notebook by Riad Sattouf. Bought this because I really liked Sattouf's The Arab of the Future but could not get into this, so I have never read the whole thing and as a result, cannot shelves it and still respect myself. Black Hammer Library Edition, mostly by Jeff Lemire and Dean Ormston. This is quite good but you dour for me to want to continue reading the series. Rare Flavours by Ram V and Filipe Andrade. This book is amazing, about a ravenous Hindu demon with an incredibly sophisticated palate and the young man that he ropes into make a documentary about himself.
