This is also Splatoon 3 btw. Even without any microtransactions, every single part of S3 is a grind made to continue sucking you in. The gacha titles/banners, badges, weapon freshness stars, SR rewards, tableturf cards…
Like yeah the customisation is cool. But this game does *not* respect your time
