reflecting on the road
Large puddle almost as wide as the dirt road it sits in. Reflecting a cloudy sky (sure miss Paula, hope she’s well🩶) The dirt road has a little gravel on it and leads off to the west and the forest ridge in that direction. Green grass and brush on both sides of the road ☯️🖖☮️

Kestrel in silhouette
Meant to post this yesterday, but I was pretty sure this is one of the local kestrels during september. The forest is in silhouette below with tree tops visible needs along that a kestrel is standing in silhouette on the very end of a log protruding up into the air out of a brush pile ☯️🩶☮️

A very foggy day, a utility pole with the usual wires hanging from it on the left. A giant snag a couple of hundred yards behind the pole, but it appears to be closer, with it’s upper branches reaching up to the sun. A more distant tree is almost fogged out on the right ☯️🩶☮️
