Not buying anything this weekend. Instead we're are hosting a free clothing swap, bring and take whatever you want. Massive response, people are dropping off tons of clothes. When it's over we'll take what's left to a local free trans/queer closet. Just posting in case it inspires others!

Social media is an echo chamber of resistance, sating grief and anger with a few posts and reading others' we agree with. It directly impacts the need to physically organize, brainstorm, and generally ACT. Most liberal-leaning or Dem thinktanks seem static and useless. I hear no new ideas for hope.

Gardened today to Ace of Base Radio. Our garden is for us and for our friends, neighbors, and local community. It seemed the best way to grieve and try to take care of people in light of the House passing poisonous gas. Soon my hens will start laying eggs. They are a delight and I love them.

Lots of fireworks. My dog Gaja hates them. So we watch The Expendables on high volume in the basement and clean and she gets a ThunderShirt.

For the statement "I'll be right there" or "it goes right to the source" - should it actually be "straight" instead of "right"?
I've noticed when I say these statements, I say "right" like "rate" as though I should be saying "straight". Thanks!

Again, if you have autism on record with your doctor talk with them to get it removed. At this time do not get tested for autism in any official medical capacity.

Built a second garden bed, got soil down for Three Sisters planting (corn, beans, squash). Building the chicken coop tomorrow and and coordinating with a friend for incubation options. Designing a fire pit. Saving for a Sichuan Pepper plant.
