RIP dear mother. Mavis Marie Hopkins was born on 13 Aug 1933 in Kentucky, and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, she was the widow of my father, Vonie Williams. We had this photo professionally taken in 1992 in Florida about a year after dad died. Mom passed away, suddenly and peacefully, on Dec. 3, 2025.

I screamed that to the high heavens, and few people believed me. Look at where we are now. Desperate.
The Supreme Court is working hard to turn this country into a despot's dreamscape—while making it nigh impossible for good people to make lasting change for the better.
Those of us who begged folks (and national media) to put SCOTUS before everything else in 2016 are in an endless Cassandrian hell.

I'm not sure what Trump thought he was doing by posting the Cuellar daughters' letter & his "lack of LOYALTY" rant, but, in addition to making clear the transactional nature of the pardon in his mind, he also admitted that a transparently flattering letter is all it takes for him to grant a pardon.
