Tomorrow is National Special Education Day. Fifty years ago, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) became law. This opened the door to a free and appropriate public education for millions of children with disabilities. We must protect that right.

unclear if they abducted their target.

this is the first time feds have used gas since the dismissal of a federal lawsuit which had sought to constrain agents’ use of force.
