Disruption isn’t chaos. It’s strategy. We’re not interested in disruption for its own sake. We disrupt because the path we’re on no longer serves the future we want to build.

AI isn’t replacing your job. It’s rewriting the job description. In L&D, AI will replace repetitive tasks and we have to see that as freedom. The future is in what you do once the BS is gone.

AI isn’t replacing your job. It’s rewriting the job description. In L&D, AI will replace repetitive tasks and we have to see that as freedom. The future is in what you do once the BS is gone.

At some point, innovation shifts from spark to system. Moving from raw ideas into a repeatable product development lifecycle is hard, necessary, and transformative work.

Innovation is sometimes about choosing what not to build. (those are tough conversations!). The temptation to chase shiny objects is strong but true innovation requires focus.
