LOL.. I'm watching through from the beginning (rewatching some series, others are new to me) and haven't gotten to Turn A, but I just skipped ahead and yeah, that's amazing, LOL (also it looks really good after having watched a bunch of 0079)

Y'see, OceanGate looked that the cause of most submersible incidents, and discovered that most of the accidents were caused by operational errors, not mechanical failures. They thought they could "corporate culture" away the mechanical risk.
