controversially, Ohtani is being given extra time to warm up - and when I say extra time I mean far, far beyond what you would ever allow the starting pitcher. he's given a good few minutes to warm up starting the 3rd inning. I love him, he's amazing. do NOT give him extra help he doesn't need it

so we have a 41 year old starting pithcer for the Jays, and the GOAT starting for the dodgers and bases loaded for the Jays in the 2nd. honestly baseball is the most bonkers and unpredictable game there is and that's why I love it so so so much
