A highlight in todays video clinic: an in-depth discussion with a patient about her Kooikerhondje. To the uninitiated: an unusual Dutch spaniel breed 🇳🇱. Another benefit of SGLT2 inhibitors and finerenone. More stability. More time to talk about dogs 🐾

I have had some positive news this week so decided to make a bit of an effort with cooking. Today: cassoulet. I toyed with making an atorvastatin veloute with it but decided against it. Vive la France 🇫🇷

Wine: ten year old Bordeaux. Nice, but in hindsight I would have liked something slightly more herby like a Minervois or a Corbieres 🍷
