Absolutely not. I am regularly contacted for “urgent” things that are someone else’s priority not mine.

I know more than most that it’s difficult to talk about mental health. But know there’s always someone out there who’ll listen and fight your corner. Please keep talking, and checking in on others who might be struggling. Be kind, you never know what’s going on in someone’s head

Basically it was an exercise to remind me that if something feels off, don’t suffer in silence. I deserve more and should challenge poor behaviours in others that are impacting my life outside of work.

As much as it was difficult to talk about some of things that happened again, it was comforting for them to agree with me that the way I’ve been treated is unacceptable and my line management should have done more to prevent it

We’re closing in on 20 and both still love it. Even seeing it at the cinema again this year (for the 4th time) we watch it at least 4 times every Christmas, including on the day itself
