The Supreme Court has approved Texas’s heavily Republican-favored map for 2026. That means Prop 50 will now go into effect to counter the Texas redistricting. Virginia is also considering adding new Democratic-leaning seats to push back against Trump’s redistricting efforts in other states.

Trump claims the Jan 6th insurrection was “peaceful” and that there was no insurrection. Meanwhile, federal agents have arrested a suspect in Virginia accused of planting two pipe bombs near the Capitol the night before Jan. 6, 2021. At this rate, it’s hard not to assume this
