This one hits me really personally, because POTS, the soup kitchen he's doing this at, was actually the first charity-based thing I ever got involved with. I went to high school blocks away from POTS in the bronx and volunteered literally hundreds of hours there over the years, so this hits home
Combatting poverty and hunger in this city will take every single one of us. Myself included.

One of the few good things about the internet is that it killed Black Friday by offering online marketplaces, as opposed to jam-packed malls that got people trampled over Cabbage Patch dolls.
