People cry when they're sad. They also cry when they're happy. People laugh when things are funny. They also laugh to ridicule.

I'd like more people to realize what Joe Rogan and his orbit are doing isn't comedy, just because people are laughing.

"The Left" is still largely stuck in 'materialist' arguments about how Israel is our 'unsinkable battleship,' which ironically is Israel's own narrative, but issue is much deeper than that.

If polygamy ever became a legal tax bracket, that speech your boss gives at the Christmas bonus party about 'how we're a big family' would be a literal rather than figurative.

I don't think there's enough. . .any? . . . discussion on how 'The Socratic Method' is just plain bad at discovering truth or even debunking fiction. Yet it seems to be every internet edgelord's go-to.

At least it was worth their legislative achievements. Which was . . uh. . . . ummm. . . giving Trump a private ICE army?

At this point in the AI scam, this kind of "journalism" reads as a desperate attempt to pad stock prices.

I'm disappointed @johngreensbluesky.bsky.social would cavort with a seedy yellow journalism outfit like the NYT.

I'll always maintain that if the framers had intended the expenditure of money to be speech, they'd never had given Congress the power to regulate commerce.

Also, I can't get over my 5yo asking to watch "old Wildkrats" that are 30 years younger

We've been watching the PBS Retro IPTV channel, and one thing I like about Mr Rogers and Reading Rainbow is they go places, see jobs, and meet real people, it's not just cartoon drama, and I think that's important
