I led in a post-92. While their numbers up, ours dropped like a stone. It was inevitable. But the corollary is that their entry standards will have fallen.

IMO at the heart of these ‘new’ disciplines are ‘old’ ones. Setting aside an obsession with the shiny shiny of the latest thing would save a lot of wasted time and money on needless change which isn’t as innovative as people like to think.
