A person could be diagnosed w/ diabetes during the contract

Then the Insurance delays treatment for more opinions

Then new contract comes out & Insurance wont cover it cuz now its a preexisting condition

This is what they are trying to do to people

Then, think about the problems people will have if they or their children are diagnosed w/ diabetes halfway thru a contract

Its possible that the insurance company can delay treatment for different opinions & options, etc

A contract isnt the problem

Think about this general term:

I want diabetes treatment to be covered by our company's insurance policy.

Well w/out defining "diabetes" or "treatment" the insurance company will decide what those terms mean

To legally define EVERYTHING in a contract isnt possible

They can change what they are willing to cover & how they cover it halfway thru a term & employers cant do shit about it

It happens about 1-2 times per year where insurance companies change the plan ever-so slightly
