In the short term they can rebrand as #ConstitutionalConservatives to differentiate themselves from the dying carcass of GOP 1.0 using language that their base will applaud.

At worst, it's good therapy. At best, it is meant to remind us that our better angels have our backs as we lash out against blatant and pernicious injustices.
