UPDATE: Quiyanna Kellon (46) was walking in the travel lanes of I440 West when she was struck by a 2024 Hyundai Elantra. Ms. Kellon was then struck by other vehicles. All parties involved remained at the scene.
Ms. Kellon died as a result of her injuries.
