I’m not an elected member, but I’m assuming the partly elected Exec Board has some oversight over this and continues to approve the nominated ES over time. Maybe no-one else has ever been nominated for the ES role? Could the honorarium be used to cover Secretary salary and board expenses?

There'll be a recording online at some point in case you want to catch up. In brief I spoke about the need to integrate abstract and concrete analysis of the contingently-necessary structures and mechanisms that come together in particular contexts to generate, in this case, investment/crypto fraud.
