I went at the start of the year to Lewisham A&E. The GPs I saw were all crap and actually recommended i go to A&E. Took about 5 hours but they diagnosed a viral chest infection

I’d go straight down there If I was you. Get it sorted. It’s a bit brutal but an interesting ‘people watching’ experience
