Found some fun spandex fabric at one of our local thrift stores this week so I sewed myself compression gloves for my wrist and knuckle pain and cold sensitivity issues.

That said though it is what inspired me for doing this earlier this year and I def want to make more clothes like it 🙏 currently have some wings in progress for another jacket.

Shredded some old jeans + denim scraps and quilted a big heavy duty canvas bag, lined with thick outdoor water-proof upholstery fabric, and painted with many many layers of acrylic markers lol

Had to do a bunch of ugly darts due to accidentally using a stretch cotton for that lighter red ring and still need to do a binding and some more stitching but woooo it's a big warm blanket made 100% from scrap and recycled materials
