I don’t think so. Based entirely on how slow they were to respond at times. I started out with ai that seemed to actually understand the problem better than the person I was transferred to.

Pay your support people enough to give a shit and train them to understand issues.
I worked in customer support for a long long time and I just cannot fathom doing that bad of a job.
