Lata Gautam & I had a great time connecting with the Southasia Institute of Advanced Studies (SIAS) team in Kathmandu today. We reflected on our past efforts & explored potential areas for collaboration to advance policy research, advocacy, & capacity building for early-career researchers in Nepal.

Every time I’m in Nepal, I make it a point to stop by Bird Conservation Nepal (BCN). Yesterday, Hum Gurung & I from @birdlifeglobal.bsky.social visited them yesterday. Always good to reconnect with friends in the BirdLife Partnership – truly a global family united for nature & people.
