same as in film essentially. I know I tend to board my comics like I board for film, so I respect the 180 rule, but I wasn't sure if the discomfort I have reading comics that don't was just from "professional habits" due to a larger exposure to film. Thank you for clearing that up!!

Yeah wholeheartedly agree! i wasn't sure bc in comics, while you do lose continuity and feeling of space when messing up the axis, it doesn't "pop" like it does in film, which is why it's SO important to keep the axis in films... but that makes sense!
