The liberal determination that the use of force is forbidden to all only ensures that the people with the least respect for liberalism can or will employ force and no one else will allow it, engage in it, or even know how to do it. This misunderstanding of power is how we got to where we are today.

You cannot use moral reasoning against fascists, because moral reasoning does not motivate them. You cannot argue against the law against them because they do not care about the law. What they care about is violence, and what they use is power. They will only respond to a superior display of power.

I think a lot of white people approach racism with the idea that as long as they don't bust out a slur, they can't possibly be racist. This is wrong.
