OK Shaggy, slow down, I just need to get you in focus, there, right, where are you? I can't... AARGH

I submitted several videos to @adobe.com stock - Robins eating seed, Canada Geese swimming etc - and the only one they rejected was this one of a gull diving and catching a Little Grebe in slow motion as it "closely resembles content already available on Adobe Stock".
Really?

It was sunny here this morning so I continued with my training of Pavlov the Robin - still not hand-feeding but getting very close. Though he does seem to be a very fussy eater

I learned something today. It's not only owls and birds of prey that cough up pellets of the undigestible:

No, not you...

This is Pavlov - he's either a very fussy eater or just not very good at it.

The young ones are wonderful - black and white stripes. I'm lucky that I live near Leeds Castle where there are a lot who are used to people so you can get quite close.

My left ear hasn't been quite the same since.

Hello. Hello?
November 5, 2025 at 8:55 AM
Shaggy follows me around now. If I want to finally leave I have to walk quite quickly so he can't keep up.

Yes, hello Shaggy. Hang on, it's in here somewhere, just be patient. Here, yes, in my pocket. There, tuck in

Yes, yes it's very nice to see you, but I'm trying to film those deer behind you. yes, over there behind you. No, I haven't got anything to eat, sorry, I forgot. Now if you wouldn't mind just,.. yes, them over there, behind you

This is Shaggy.
He has plumage issues and gets picked on by the other geese.
He is literally at the bottom of the pecking order.
He comes over when he sees me because he knows he's going to get fed first.
If you go to Leeds Castle to feed the ducks, keep an eye out for Shaggy...
