ChoroQ was a weird racing RPG that is mostly memorable because you could drive into random houses, a splotline would shine on the resident, and they would say some insane shit like "I HEARD LICKING FROGS GIVES YOUR TONGUE A WORKOUT" and you would immediately leave

I really want to pay homage to Jet Moto with this new battleground. It was a flagship SingleTrac property that contributed so much to Twisted Metal behind the scenes.

In early Twisted Metal games, for example, wheels were quads with offset-mapped textures that would "rotate" when moved. This was far less taxing on the PS1's limited GPU than fully modeled wheels.

A little before and after of an asset. I realized that for a sleek sports car, I wasn't going to get the ideal look with low-poly if I kept the wheels as separate meshes, so they'll be painted into the texture. This is fine, as it was common to do in older PS1 games!
