I do indeed! I have seen a handful of them with the wildlife group - remarkable organisms! That's not one I remember, very smart.

In the mid 70s Lapwings would always start to move to W/SW in small flocks over N Staffs in late May to June, signalling the start of 'autumn'. Black-headed Gulls too. I have never seen one over Shrewsbury in 6 years (BHGulls much reduced too, sadly)

Thanks Ben, they were lovely and close at times but the sea was still quite lumpy a couple of days after Storm Amy so I have lots of blurry ones too.

That's possible Roger, it was quite near the bird feeder. Flower now starting to open.
